WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
An Escape Room is a real-life escape game that consist of 3-10 players that are locked in a room and have 60 minutes to find clues, solve puzzles and work together to escape the room before time runs out.
AM I REALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM?
Yes! The door is locked but an emergency exit code will allow anyone to exit the room at anytime. No re-entry will be granted.
IS THIS SCARY?
Not at all. Despite event titles or backstories, Escape Room Clarion is a fun interactive game where you and your team will work together to find clues, solve puzzles, decipher codes, and anything else needed to escape the room before time runs out. Certain rooms have elements that may be perceived as scary by some particiants.
WILL THERE BE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM?
Unless you book the entire room, you may grouped with other players. If no other players book the room then you will have a private session with just your group.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY?
Groups of up to 10 players can play at one time. We require a 3 player minimum on most rooms. Most of our successful teams have 6-8 people playing.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION AND HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM?
Reservations are required and must be made online. Click on the ‘Book’ button at the top of this page. Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Groups wishing to book within 24 hours can call, text or email to check today’s availability.
HOW DO I BOOK MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS FOR THE SAME BOOKING?
At the top of the Booking page, simply select the number of participants from the drop down menu that will be playing.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Teams are required to arrive 15 minutes early. This gives time for teams to hear the instructions, use the restroom and have any questions answered before the game begins.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
The game is best suited for 16 and up. If you would like to have younger players in your group, you must book the entire room.
Please note: If you have booked the entire room and choose to bring younger players, please keep in mind, game content may be too difficult for them and younger kids may not find this entertaining.
WHAT IS THE COST?
$25 per person plus tax.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
Games are paid online at the time of the booking.
CAN I HOST A CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING OR OTHER GROUP EVENT OUTSIDE OF THE REGULAR HOURS?
Absolutely! We have many hours not on our public schedule for private events like this. Groups that have completed the room may be able to watch the rest of the groups through our in room cameras as they compete to complete the room. Please email escaperoomclarion@gmail.com to schedule your event.
WE HAVE A LARGER GROUP THAN THE CAPACITY FOR YOUR GAME, CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE US?
Within your large group you must divide into groups that do not exceed room capacity limits. Then, you must purchase the appropriate amount of slotted times to book back-to-back sessions. This way, you can compete with each other for ultimate bragging rights. Feel free to contact us with assistance regarding large groups. Groups that have completed the room may be able to watch the rest of the groups through our in room camera as they compete to complete the room. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Our games are non-refundable to no-shows. However, you may be able to reschedule your game by contacting us directly. This must be done prior to your booking time.
